What are pick-up/delivery days?

Pick-up and delivery days differ, depending on location you live in. Check below for relevant schedule.

Lake Zurich pick-up takes place on Mondays between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. Laundry must await ready for a pick-up on the front doorstep by 8 a.m. Clean clothing is returned on Wednesdays between 1 and 5 p.m.

Barrington pick-up takes place on Tuesdays between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. Laundry must await ready for a pick-up on the front doorstep by 8 a.m. Clean clothing is returned on Thursdays between 1 and 5 p.m.

Long Grove pick-up takes place on Wednesdays between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. Laundry must await ready for a pick-up on the front doorstep by 8 a.m. Clean clothing is returned on Fridays between 1 and 5 p.m.

Kildeer pick-up takes place on Thursdays between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. Laundry must await ready for a pick-up on the front doorstep by 8 a.m. Clean clothing is returned on Mondays between 1 and 5 p.m.

Hawthorne Woods pick-up takes place on Fridays between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. Laundry must await ready for a pick-up on the front doorstep by 8 a.m. Clean clothing is returned on Tuesdays between 1 and 5 p.m.

Do I need to fill out a ticket?

Filling out a ticket is optional, however you may want to use it to write down special requests regarding laundry prepared for pick-up. Our Team will take note of your needs and cleaning requirements. 

Do I need to be at home?

Being at home isn’t necessary. Just schedule with us your pick-up time and leave laundry in the bag provided by 8 a.m. We will take care of the rest. 

Will you take my old wire hangers?

Yes, Absolutely!

How do I pay?

Upon filling out your billing information at first pick-up, you get an invoice from us. There is a minimum charge of $20 dollars for a pick-up service, however you can avoid the charge if the total worth of your cleaning at each pick-up equals or exceeds amount of $20 dollars.
